- If you don't absolutely love your new purchase, you may return your item(s) within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new, unworn and unaltered condition with all tags attached and accompanied by your receipt, packing slip or invoice.
- Returns after 28 days will receive a store credit.
- If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
- We'll refund the price you paid for your item, back to your original payment method.
- If you wish to return underwear or swimwear, please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons.
- All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- You'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning, obtain proof of posting, and packaged correctly to avoid damage.
- If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com and we will arrange a return or exchange.
